1. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions, and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
2. Promoter: Bulmers Limited, Bulmers House, Keeper Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12.
3. Eligibility: This promotion is open to ROI residents aged 18 and over only, and excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, suppliers, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
4. Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 00:01 22/07/26 – 23:59 21/09/26. Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.
5. To enter: Scan QR code on the Point of Sale in participating stores during the Promotion Period. Entrants will be asked to submit a valid email address to enter. No purchase necessary. Maximum one entry per person per day.
6. Internet access required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. These costs may vary, so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
7. Entries: (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, AI, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
8. Legibility: Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
9. Prizes: There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize consists of a €1,000 Cassidy Travel voucher to be redeemed within 12 months, to be used towards flight and accommodation for city break of winner’s choice. Any additional cost incurred for trip in excess of €1,000 voucher is at winner’s discretion and account, the Promoter shall not be responsible for any costs over and above the €1,000 Cassidy Travel voucher.    1. Addition details:
      1. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation reasonably required by Promoter/their agency to validate winner eligibility to claim prize.
      2. Winner must be 18 at time of entry, and any person travelling with them must be 18+ at time of travel.

• If unable to claim prize within the specified period, no alternative or compensation will be provided.

1. Once a booking is confirmed/voucher claimed, any costs incurred to change a booking will be for the winner’s account.
2. Winner and any guest travelling are responsible for ensuring travel insurance is in place and that any visa requirements (where applicable) are arranged.

10. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random (using a random prize generator) following the end of the Promotion Period and provided entry requirements are complied with, in accordance with the above prize package allocation.
11. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email using the contact details provided on entry, within five (5) working days of Winner Selection, to confirm their win. It is the responsibility of entrants to monitor their email account (including spam/junk folders) during this time in case they are a winner. In the event the winner does not respond to the notification within three (3) working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (and to repeat said process until a winner is identified).
12. Prize Fulfilment: The Prize will be organised and fulfilled by the Promoter (or a member of its Group). The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure prizes are arranged within 3 months of the winner being confirmed (prize to be taken within 365 days of winner notification and acceptance), but there may be situations beyond the Promoter’s control which may prevent this from time to time.

 

General

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including but not limited to asking for proof of address and photo ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent), which the entrant must provide within three (3) working days. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

 

14. The Promoter will make available the prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. You can request this information by sending an email to hello@outcider.com with “Outcider City Break” in the subject header. Entrants can object to disclosure or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting hello@outcider.com. As part of the Administrator’s standard SLA’s, please allow up to 3 working days for a response. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority Ireland if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners’ details by emailing hello@outcider.com.

 

15. Prizes cannot be sold or transferred. Winning prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, cashback activities or promotions. The prizes are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

 

16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

17. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or the delivery, acceptance or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

 

19. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

 

20. If any of these conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

21. A winner may be requested, but not required, to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if a winner is or looks under 25, such request may be revoked. Publicity may include, but not be limited to the winner’s name and the store they purchased the winning pack.

 

22. Magners GB Limited (both the Promoter and Magners GB being a member of the same C&C Group) will act as the data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection law and shall handle personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy available here: Privacy Policy | OutCider. The parties shall only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless you have consented to receive marketing from Outcider.  Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. All data provided by winners in the promotional period will be destroyed 3 months after the close of the main promotion, unless you have consented to receive marketing from Outcider. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in this condition.

 

23. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Irish law.
